I had a wonderful experience from JBA Infinity. From the moment we spoke to the manager to the moment I was handed the keys to my new (used) truck I could not have been more pleased. I was treated with the best hospitality from the manager and the sales associate Ray Moore. I highly recommend working with Ray Moore and would happily drive the distance I drove again to purchase a car from JBA again.

It was a great experience. I went in for a routine oil change and Byron was able to also have my seat warmer button fixed which was still under warranty. All the work was done same day and with less time then originally thought! I was able to get a loner car which was so convenient. Byron was great and explained everything thoroughly. He was friendly and provided great customer service.

The team at JBA Infiniti made the car leasing process easy. Our salesperson Ray was very knowledgeable with the car features and different options which helped us pick the right car! JR is a blessing! He was wonderful from start to finish. I had my car towed in late Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving and on Friday afternoon he was calling to say my car was ready at no charge because of my extended warranty which at a previous dealership covered nothing. He then told me the recommendations needed and was not trying to break me financially. He even suggested we do half now the more important items and the other later. And b4 my car was ready I called with a last minute request and he jumped right on it. He was just an absolute pleasure and my car rides better than when I first got it. I used to go to another Infiniti dealership for my required maintenance but I found out that JBA Infiniti charges almost 50% cheaper than other dealership for the same work. JR took good care of me. I'm very pleased with the service and will start bringing my SUV at JBA on my next and future service maintenance.

Whenever we are ready for a new ride or a repair we go directly to JBA Infiniti.Last Friday I called JBA and Ray Moore answered the sales line, 20 mins later we were on a test drive in a gorgeous QX80. Ray told me all about the previous service records, upgrades, and made sure to tell me about all the updates made by JBA when the car came in.This is QX80 fits our fam of 6 (counting 2 labradoodles!) and all of our beach gear.Thank you Ray & JBA for getting us in our new ride!

I purchased my second Infiniti there and and can say I was pretty upset at first with the sales manager Jason because he would rather lose a sale than to take $200 off the price. Even at the end of the month!! Smh but thankfully we made a deal and I absolutely love the car. Ask for Brandon if you're in the market for a car. He's a great salesman and very personable. I recommend this dealership if you want an Infiniti !!! 100%

They even brought me out to the service floor to take a look at the car and see how there was no leak where the outside mechanic elsewhere had reported one! I appreciated getting to see visual evidence of the car's functionality and now I honesty feel more comfortable about it. This extra information was really helpful. My car was washed and I think vacuumed, and I was on my way! I'm glad that I still have warranty coverage on this car, but even if I didn't I'd be taking it here for any needed service. A great experience all around!

I test drove two cars and Mr. Harley knows how to keep the conversation going (cracking a joke or two) all while answering any questions about the vehicle. He followed up the next day even though by that time I had already found the car of my dreams. If you stop by JBA Infiniti ask for Jay! He is very knowledgeable about cars and will work with your budget.

After a negative experience elsewhere, I turned to JBA to get warranty service on my (new to me) used G37. Making an appointment was so simple, the online system made it quick and easy to pick a time whenever and specify what I needed done. Bringing the car in was simple, with a clearly marked service lane (sounds trivial but holy cow sometimes these are hidden) and immediately attentive service assistant.

I thought the GM could have budged a bit more on the prices since we were considering purchasing 2 cars, but he didn't so we left with one. Either way, I love my new car and my husband and I didn't leave with that feeling of regret like we were forced into something we were unsure of, like many of our past car buying experiences.

Even at the end of the month!! Smh but thankfully we made a deal and I absolutely love the car. Ask for Brandon if you're in the market for a car. He's a great salesman and very personable. I used to go to another Infiniti dealership for my required maintenance but I found out that JBA Infiniti charges almost 50% cheaper than other dealership for the same work. JR took good care of me. I'm very pleased with the service and will start bringing my SUV at JBA on my next and future service maintenance.

Good customer service these days seems to be a thing of the past, but not at JBA Infiniti of Ellicott City. As a matter of fact, my boyfriend was with me and he buys cars at haggle dealerships all the time. He gives JBA an A+. The customer service, education, time, price, and putting up with me put them at the top of his list for the best overall experiences.They have a consumer for life in me!

I bought a car from JBA in December of 2019, and I worked with Ray Moore. I thought he was amazing! He was very patient, knowledgeable, personable, and made sure I was comfortable with the car prior to making my decision. I am always weary of salesmen, but he wasn't pushy AT ALL, which is what I really appreciated. If anyone is looking to purchase an Infiniti, I would definitely recommend Ray.
